Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Director in overall organizational management and act in their absence when required.
  • Plan, implement, monitor and supervise project activities across education, health, WASH and microcredit programs.
  • Ensure effective implementation, expansion and quality assurance of microcredit initiatives.
  • Maintain financial discipline and oversee administrative operations at field level.
  • Coordinate program planning, budgeting, implementation and prepare progress and donor reports.
  • Maintain effective coordination with PKSF, donor agencies, government, NGOs and financial institutions.
  • Lead program monitoring, evaluation and report preparation.
  • Promote staff capacity development, team leadership and accountability.
