Job Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a field force of 40–50 sales professionals across Bangladesh.
- Plan, implement, and monitor structured sales systems and processes to achieve targets.
- Build relationships with regional distributors, franchisees, and retail teams.
- Drive performance through strategic planning, reporting, and team development.
- Create annual, quarterly & monthly sales and marketing plans, budgets and personnel plans.
- Set sales, collections & expansion targets for departments, SBUs, areas and individual sales personnel.
- Develop and implement sales-based commission schemes in collaboration with top management.
- Create business terms, policies and documentation for retailers, corporate clients and dealers.
- Coordinate disciplinary and performance management actions with Top Management & HR.

Step Footwear & Accessories Co Ltd is hiring an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand our nationwide sales operations. This job is ideal for an accomplished sales leader with deep experience in FMCG/retail or footwear businesses. The successful candidate will lead a large field force and work closely with regional distributors, franchise partners, and retail teams. Design and implement sales commission schemes and business terms/policies for retailers, dealers and corporate clients. Coordinate disciplinary action and performance management with Top Management & HR as required. Perform other duties as assigned by top management to support company objectives. Required skills and profile: Strong communication, leadership and people-management skills. Energetic, self-motivated and target-oriented. Organized, disciplined, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proven track record in workforce management, sales planning and execution. Experience in Telecom, FMCG, Retail Store operations or Footwear/Tannery businesses is highly preferred. Education & experience: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing or equivalent. 10+ years of relevant experience (10 to 20 years) in sales/retail/field management roles.
