Job Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual and detailed architectural design for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Approve architectural plans, layouts and working drawings ensuring compliance with company standards and local building codes.
- Supervise day-to-day construction work at sites to ensure adherence to design, specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with external consultants, architects, design agencies, contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor and ensure proper execution of civil, architectural and finishing works.
- Assist Project Engineer in planning and monitoring project schedules and deliverables.
- Maintain liaison between architecture, MEP, procurement and other departments.
- Ensure implementation of safety standards at site in coordination with HSE officers.
- Implement design quality control measures and review processes.
- Liaise with government agencies and handle submissions/approvals related to design, layout plans, fire safety and utility connections.
- Mentor and lead internal architecture and engineering teams; assign responsibilities and monitor performance.
- Perform other duties as directed by the management.
