Job Responsibilities

  • Manage operational tasks via Monday.com including council tax, broadband orders, staff rotas, utilities, purchases, laundry inventory and housekeeping inspections.
  • Raise, assign and track maintenance work orders using Arthur CRM and maintain logs.
  • Create and issue invoices for completed maintenance jobs within 24–48 hours.
  • Coordinate housekeeping schedules and conduct quality checks for property turnovers.
  • Manage utilities (energy, water, council tax, broadband) and liaise with providers to resolve issues.
  • Manage guest bookings and communications across Booking.com, Expedia, Hostaway, Airbnb and Siteminder.
  • Provide guest support via phone, email and messaging apps; verify guest IDs and deposits.
  • Generate access codes using TT Lock/Remote Lock and support remote access devices (Imou, Ring, Switchbot).
  • Handle incoming calls via Zoom, manage email via Missive, and process payments/refunds via Stripe.
  • Follow security and IT protocols (TeamViewer, ProtonVPN), prepare handover notes, and meet SLAs.

Required Skills

  • Strong written and verbal English communication
