Job Responsibilities
- Prepare lunch daily for approximately 150–200 people according to the office menu.
- Prepare snacks and evening refreshments for meetings, trainings and programs.
- Prepare lunch or dinner for any office program when required.
- Ensure thorough cleaning of fish, meat, vegetables and all raw ingredients before cooking.
- Cut and prepare all vegetables and ingredients prior to cooking.
- Prepare weekly shopping lists and manage daily market procurement.
- Assist in food service and plating during meal distribution.
