Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and other channels; ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate shipment booking, documentation and follow-up with operations and freight forwarding teams.
  • Track shipments and proactively update customers on status and delivery.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents, airway bills, invoices and customs-related paperwork as needed.
  • Manage customer complaints and escalate internal issues to resolve within service standards.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/system and prepare routine reports for management.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth consignment processing.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for customer service workflows.
