Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Convert inbound leads into sales through effective communication and quick response.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure proper follow-up with potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share insights, feedback, and campaign updates.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, response time, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
