Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to USA / Canada customers and handle different topics according to the communication script.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Sell services / products over the phone as per the instructions provided.
- Keep records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Key responsibilities (summary): Make outbound calls to customers in the USA and Canada, following provided communication scripts and guidelines. Detailed duties: Conduct structured outbound calling campaigns to North American customers and handle a variety of call topics. Communicate clearly and persuasively in English in both positive and challenging situations. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve scripts, processes and conversion rates. Participate in training, role plays and regular feedback sessions to improve performance. Maintain punctuality, attendance and reliability during night shift schedules (Bangladesh time 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM). Required skills and personal qualities: Fluent spoken English and strong written English ability. Punctual, target-oriented and a team player with a willingness to learn. Good telephone manner and ability to handle challenging customer interactions professionally. Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy call center environment. Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, email) and ability to use a call center database.
