Required skills and qualifications: Education: Bachelor/Honors or equivalent is required. Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience; experience in E-commerce or F-commerce (Facebook commerce) is an advantage. Language & typing: Excellent written Bengali (shuddho Bangla) and strong typing skills using Avro or equivalent Bengali typing tools on a computer. Customer management: Demonstrable ability to manage customer interactions, maintain patience under pressure, and resolve routine issues independently.
