Job Responsibilities

  • Guide the Accounts and Finance team in financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with optimum cost impact.
  • Lead and manage finance associates to ensure accuracy and timeliness in daily accounting operations.
  • Maintain strong banking relationships and monitor periodic financial reports and reconciliations.
  • Conduct costing analysis and provide interpretations of financial data for business decision-making.
  • Support management in profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, and MIS preparation.
  • Prepare and oversee the Master Budget, ensuring effective control and alignment with company objectives.
  • Compare previous year’s budgets, identify gaps, and initiate corrective actions for financial improvement.
