Job Responsibilities
- Design and deliver innovative, cross-curricular, practical courses (Classroom Teacher - 15 hours/week).
- Provide bespoke 1:1 online tutoring for students with specific learning needs (Online Tutor - 10 hours/week).
- Use digital and AI-assisted education tools to personalise learning and monitor progress.
- Capture and drive organisational learning; lead monthly Team Learning Meetings (Director of Learning - 5 hours/week).
- Contribute to company-wide projects and model continuing professional development.
- Help establish and run a children s club (in-person and online) focused on art, science and ethics through gardening and husbandry.
- Respond flexibly to team needs during remaining allocated working hours.
- Maintain high standards of spoken and written English and Bangla; manage self and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
