Job Responsibilities
- Assist to manage the brooding, growing, and laying process of poultry flock as per standard
- Monitor closely the feeding, vaccination, body weight, health condition, etc. of the flock to ensure healthy flock management
- Create a favourable environment considering temperature, humidity, lighting, etc. for pullet during the laying period to enhance maximum productivity
- Conduct egg grading, measure egg weight and select the best quality eggs for hatching
- Maintain strict biosecurity measures and prevent diseases
- Ensure accurate and on-time ERP record keeping and provide a report on flock performance status as accordingly
- Coordinate with Engineering team to execute schedule, breakdown, and repair maintenance in farm timely and efficiently
- Work with workers and cross-functional team to remove litter, clean up the sheds and equipment, set up the equipment, and ensure disinfection through a lab test, if necessary and prepare the farm for new flock intake

Kazi Farms Group, a leading agro-industrial company in Bangladesh, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive / Senior Executive - Farm (Breeder Operation) to join its farm operations team. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and field staff to maintain high standards of flock performance and farm hygiene while supporting timely maintenance and operational procedures. Assist in managing brooding, growing and laying processes of poultry flocks in accordance with company standards and SOPs. Monitor feeding regimes, vaccination schedules, body weight, and overall health status of the flock to ensure optimal flock performance. Create and maintain favorable environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, lighting) to maximize pullet and layer productivity. Conduct egg grading, measure egg weight and select high-quality eggs for hatching and production processes. Implement and maintain strict biosecurity measures to prevent disease outbreaks and ensure flock safety. Ensure accurate and timely ERP data entry and reporting on flock performance, mortality, feed conversion, and other KPI metrics. Coordinate with the Engineering team to schedule and supervise breakdown repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment setup on the farm. Lead and support farm staff in litter removal, shed cleaning, disinfection (including lab testing where necessary), and preparation for new flock intake. Required Skills & Competencies: Practical experience in poultry/farm operation: brooding, growing and laying cycles, feeding and vaccination programs. Strong understanding of flock health management, biosecurity and disease prevention protocols. Proficiency in ERP or farm record systems and confidence with MS Office applications for reporting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to prepare clear reports and present flock performance updates. Analytical and problem-solving mindset; ability to act as a self-starter and take initiative under minimal supervision. Teamwork and cross-functional coordination skills — ability to work with field workers, engineers and lab personnel. Education & Experience: B.Sc. in Animal Husbandry or a DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) from a recognized university. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in poultry farm or breeder operations.
