Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers (FIT, GIT, MICE, corporate accounts, event organizers, agencies) through outbound sales (calls, emails) and networking.
  • Research, qualify leads and maintain an updated lead pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospects.
  • Present Trip Narrative's offerings (business travel packages, group bookings, corporate discounts) and prepare customized proposals.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, address inquiries, negotiate terms, and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage travel documentation, bookings and follow-up communications.
  • Use CRM tools to track interactions, log sales progress, forecast sales and provide weekly/monthly reports to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth delivery of travel services.
