Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Assistant (UK Back Office Support), you will be the backbone of our sales operations, focusing on administrative processing, customer follow-up, and CRM upkeep. This role is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, at our Tejgaon Air Port office and is a full-time, office-based position. Key responsibilities (what you will do) Prepare and process sales orders, proposals, and contracts with a high degree of accuracy. Serve as a central point of contact for customers after their initial inquiry — provide updates, answer questions, and ensure a seamless experience. Accurately enter and maintain customer data, sales records, and activity reports in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Coordinate between the sales team, technical departments, and customer service to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolution of issues. Draft clear and professional emails and communications to clients and internal stakeholders. Support daily sales administration tasks that allow sales executives to focus on closing deals and maintaining relationships. Required skills and qualifications Minimum education: Bachelor/Honors degree. Experience: 2 to 5 years in sales coordination, administrative roles, or related B2B industries (telecommunication, direct selling/marketing service, AdTech startups preferred). Flawless command of spoken and written English is mandatory — you must be able to draft clear emails and communicate effectively with clients and team members. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Good customer-service orientation and ability to liaise with multiple teams to resolve issues quickly. Skills: Communication, IELTS (if applicable), Microsoft Office, MS Office, Sales & Marketing. Experience & profile Applicants should typically have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in areas such as Telecommunication, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Companies, or AdTech startups. Prior back-office support experience is not strictly required, but 2 years of sales coordination or an administrative role in a related B2B industry will be considered a strong advantage. Benefits & work conditions Salary range: Tk. 25,000 - 30,000 (Monthly). Salary review: Yearly. Festival Bonus: 2 (annual festival bonuses as per company policy).
