Job Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated customer support for traffic fine payment services via mobile app and online platforms.
- Assist customers in downloading, registering, and using the app for traffic fine payment and related services.
- Handle customer queries through call center, live chat, or social media channels; ensure prompt and accurate responses.
- Guide customers through digital payment steps and troubleshoot transaction failures or confirmation delays.
- Coordinate with Traffic Division and relevant authorities to verify payment status and resolve disputes or technical errors.
