Job Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Lifestyle Asset Advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Monitor and evaluate the team’s sales performance, providing guidance, coaching, and support where necessary.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and stakeholders.
- Oversee client negotiations and guide the team through the entire sales process to ensure successful closures.
- Ensure proper management of CRM system, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transaction details.
- Drive and monitor the achievement of sales KPIs and revenue targets across the team.
- Conduct regular market analysis and provide insights to refine sales strategies and improve service delivery.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with marketing efforts and generate quality leads.
- Track payment schedules and ensure timely collection of revenue as per agreed terms.
- Collaborate with the Accounts team to ensure smooth financial transactions and reporting.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management on market trends, sales performance, and team development needs.
