Job Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct social compliance assessments at assigned RMG and footwear factories according to ILO ToR and methodology.
- Conduct document reviews, management and worker interviews, and walk-through inspections.
- Collect and verify evidence against national labour law and international labour standards.
- Prepare clear, evidence-based assessment reports with findings and recommended corrective actions.
- Maintain confidentiality, impartiality, and professional conduct during assessments.
- Submit assessment reports and other deliverables within the agreed timelines and participate in debriefings with ILO staff.
Required Skills
- Experience in social compliance or labour standards assessments/audits in RMG or footwear sectors.

The International Labour Organization (ILO) Dhaka is seeking qualified national consultants to conduct Social Compliance Assessments of Ready-Made Garment (RMG) and footwear factories across Bangladesh.
