Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the entire administrative operations of the corporate office and associated project sites: office management, logistics, vendor management, and maintenance of facilities.
- Maintain property documentation, agreements, and coordinate with regulatory authorities (City Corporation, WASA, DESCO, RAJUK) for permits, approvals, and renewals.
- Supervise transportation operations, fleet management, drivers, security guards, cleaners, and office assistants.
- Monitor and control office and project-site expenses; ensure cost-efficient operations and maintain vendor records.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and disciplinary records in coordination with HR, ensuring compliance with administrative policies, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Prepare periodic administrative reports for senior management; support internal/external administrative functions.
- Ensure proper upkeep of company assets (office furniture, vehicles, project site equipment) and facilitate timely maintenance & repairs.
- Support management in office expansion, relocation, or project site set-up as required by real-estate operations.
