Job Responsibilities

Workplace: Field and office: work at office with regular field visits across assigned districts. Key responsibilities Field mobilization: visit communities to identify and register members, facilitate formation of savings/credit groups and cooperative structures. Loan operations: manage loan disbursement processes, document borrower files, ensure accurate records for loans and repayments. Collection: follow-up on installment (কিস্তি) collection and savings collection according to schedule and ensure timely recovery. Member support: provide guidance to members on savings, loan use, and repayment discipline; maintain positive relationships with community members. Record keeping: maintain accurate loan ledgers, attendance, and field reports; escalate inconsistencies to supervisors. Reporting: prepare regular field reports, highlight portfolio performance, and report any operational or social issues promptly.
