Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure targets are achieved efficiently and safely.
- Implement, monitor, and continuously improve quality control processes throughout the production cycle.
- Inspect and test materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with design specifications and IEC standards.
- Ensure machinery, tools, and production lines are maintained and calibrated for optimal performance and accuracy.
- Lead, train, and supervise factory staff to maintain high standards of productivity and quality.
- Work closely with the design, procurement, and QA teams to maintain smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Identify and resolve production or quality bottlenecks to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Maintain proper documentation of production records, test results, and quality reports as per company policy.

Required skills and experience Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing — preferably in Transformer, Switchgear or Busbar Trunking System factories. Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control functions. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) or Mechanical Engineering; relevant diplomas considered. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and industrial production techniques. Practical familiarity with Kaizen 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.
