Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound international calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet quality benchmarks.
- Record call details and update CRM systems as needed.
- Work closely with team and supervisors to meet targets and KPIs.
- Engage customers conversationally and handle objections to drive sales conversions when applicable.
