Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor the sales team to ensure egg sales targets are met within specified deadlines.
  • Drive sales growth of commercial eggs and coordinate with customers and distributors to enhance proactive sales.
  • Analyze and address customer complaints, providing corrective feedback to resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular customer visits (routine, on-call, marketing) to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Accurately prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including egg sales and competitor production reports.
  • Organize training programs to enhance team competency.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and support for sales activities.
  • Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain liaison with local law enforcement and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Identify process improvements and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Required Skills
