Job Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive business plan to accelerate contract broiler farming and achieve sales targets.
- Train, lead, and monitor the sales and field team to drive farmer acquisition and retention.
- Provide technical guidance and emergency assistance to farmers on flock health, brooding, feeding, vaccination, medication, bio-security, and ventilation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with farmers and monitor competitor activity.
- Ensure the sales team meets profitability and performance targets and implement corrective actions.

Job Description
Kazi Farms Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch In-Charge for Contract Broiler Farming to lead and grow the company’s contract broiler farming initiatives across Bangladesh. This job is for a hands-on leader who can translate strategic goals into actionable plans and who can support farmers technically while driving sales and profitability. The position requires regular travel across Bangladesh and close collaboration with field teams and farmers. Key responsibilities Develop a comprehensive business plan to accelerate the broiler contract farming business, set clear targets, and lead the branch team to achieve top-line growth. Train, lead, and monitor the sales and field team to effectively communicate product offerings and technical services to existing and potential farmers. Provide on-site and remote technical support to farmers on flock health, brooding & growing, feeding, nutrition, vaccination, medication, bio-security, ventilation, and farm environment. Build and promote long-term relationships with farmers to retain business, improve farmer satisfaction, and remain aware of competitor activities. Monitor farm performance metrics, enforce best practices, and ensure maximum profitability for both farmers and the company. Coordinate emergency interventions and give timely advice to maintain healthy flocks and minimize disease outbreaks. Drive farmer acquisition and market penetration in assigned territories; report regularly on progress against targets. Required experience, education & skills Education: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Bachelor of Science in Animal Husbandry, or equivalent degree. Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience; typical profile: 2 to 4 years in contract broiler farming, poultry feed sales, technical/customer service, breeder/broiler/layer farm operations, or hatchery work. Core skills: strong poultry technical knowledge, farmer engagement and relationship-building, sales orientation, coaching and team leadership, problem solving under pressure, and the ability to travel extensively. Personal traits: excellent communication skills, resilience, ability to work in field conditions, and commitment to quality and biosecurity protocols.
