Job Responsibilities
- Convert allocated leads into enrolments via calls, video calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS follow-ups.
- Deliver clear consultations on UKMC programmes, eligibility, admissions steps, fees/finance options, and timelines.
- Meet daily/weekly KPIs (call volumes, contact rate, application starts, interviews passed, enrolments).
- Manage a fast-moving pipeline in the CRM; log all interactions and outcomes accurately.
- Proactively revive dormant leads, reduce drop-off, and recover cancellations/no-shows.
- Share objections and market feedback to improve scripts and offers.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Admissions for seamless lead-to-enrolment handover.
- Comply with data protection, ethical recruitment, and UKMC policies.

Overview: UKMC Global Bangladesh is hiring a motivated Student Counsellor / Conversion Officer (Sales Agent) to own the student recruitment funnel and convert prospective leads into enrolled students for UK Management College.
