Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
- Manage full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Maintain talent pipeline and assist in manpower planning.
- Support HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Collaborate with departments for HR planning and employee development.
- Maintain and update employee personal files.
- Ensure employees are informed about company policies and HR guidelines.
- Identify and resolve personnel issues and provide recommendations.
- Plan and coordinate employee training and skill development programs.
