Job Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, logistics, procurement, and site administrative support.
- Supervise procurement and inventory management for office and site administrative needs.
- Manage transport, accommodation, and security support for project staff.
- Prepare administrative letters, circulars, and official correspondences and maintain filing systems.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and government agencies as needed.
- Assist in manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and maintenance of employee records.
- Supervise biometric attendance systems and coordinate monthly attendance summaries for payroll.
- Support payroll processing, salary disbursement documentation, performance evaluations, and contract renewals.
- Maintain compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and internal HR policies; handle employee grievances.
- Organize meetings, events, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between head office and project sites for HR and administrative matters.
