Prepare daily and periodic sales reports, maintain CRM data integrity, and track key performance metrics (KPIs). Train and mentor new agents on call handling, product knowledge, upselling and cross‑selling techniques. Assist in designing call scripts, promotional offers, and communication strategies to improve conversion. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns, feedback loops, and improvements. Contribute to process improvements and performance optimization initiatives to scale tele‑sales efficiency. Required skills & qualifications Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred. Experience: 2 to 5 years in tele‑sales, call center operations, or relevant sales/leadership roles. Skills: Call center operation, team leadership, telesales expertise, CRM proficiency, strong communication and reporting skills. Preferred industry experience: Telecommunication, Call Center, or Educational Technology (EdTech) startups. Age & Gender: Age 30 to 40 years; open to male and female candidates as per the circular.
