Job Responsibilities
- Provide community-level health education and counseling on maternal & child health, nutrition, immunization, sanitation, and family planning.
- Support vaccination campaigns and community mobilization for immunization.
- Identify and manage common illnesses at community level and provide referrals.
- Support TB control activities and follow-up as needed.
- Support reproductive health outreach and provide guidance on contraception and birth spacing.
- Maintain accurate records and submit routine reports.
- Coordinate with local government representatives and community leaders.
- Participate in training and orientations organized by the project/company.
