Experience: 1 to 5 years of field sales experience in electronics, FMCG, retail, wholesale, trading, direct selling, or related sectors. Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric attitude. Practical knowledge of basic MS Excel and smartphone-based reporting (Android). Ability to manage territory sales, dealer development and retail promotion activities. Preferably owns a motorcycle (state if owned) for field visits; currently living in the assigned district is required. Age: 25–45 years. Male candidates only as per the circular.
