Job Responsibilities
- Implement planned activities individually within the assigned district and timeframe
- Conduct extensive field visits and community mobilization
- Organize workshops, trainings and meetings at district and upazila levels for school/madrasa teachers with financial expenditure planning as per approved budget
- Maintain all expenditure records as per the organization’s financial and administrative policy
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports and other event reports
- Establish and maintain liaison/coordination with local administration at district, upazila and union levels
- Maintain regular communication with District and Upazila Education Officer, Women and Children Affairs Officer, UNFPA, Health and Family Planning officers and service providers
- Keep liaison with heads of secondary level schools and madrasas
