Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the university's estate including land documents related to registration, mutation, tax and survey.
  • Coordinate land procurement activities, including liaison with seller, non-incumbrance verification at land offices, registration, mutation, and taxes.
  • Maintain updated records of land deeds, leases, maps, and other property-related documents.
  • Liaise with government authorities, contractors, and local service providers on estate-related matters.
  • Represent NSU in land-related litigation and coordinate with legal representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations.
  • Assist in planning, development, and expansion of future infrastructure projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Authority.

Preferably an LLB degree specializing in real estate or equivalent education related to law, land administration, or estate management.Minimum 10 years of practical experience in estate management or property administration.
