Job Responsibilities

Shayan Resort is seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage professional to join our leadership team as Asst. Manager / Manager (Food & Beverage). Candidates from across Bangladesh are encouraged to apply online before the application deadline.Key responsibilitiesOversee daily operations of all food & beverage outlets including restaurants, lounges, room service, and banquet services.Ensure consistent quality in food preparation, presentation, and guest service standards.Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback, and implement service recovery where needed.Prepare and manage F&B budgets, forecasts, and controls to optimize profitability.Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs; implement cost-control measures and inventory best practices.Conduct regular stock and inventory checks and maintain appropriate par levels.Recruit, train, supervise and mentor F&B staff; build a motivated team focused on hospitality excellence.Collaborate with the Executive Chef and marketing team to refresh menus, plan events, and promote F&B offerings.Ensure compliance with local health, hygiene and safety regulations and maintain sanitation standards across all F&B areas.Required qualifications & experienceBachelor / Honors degree or equivalent in hospitality management or relevant field.Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in F&B management within a hotel or resort environment; experience in luxury properties is preferred.Demonstrated experience with POS systems, inventory software, and operational reporting.Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
