Job Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of raw materials (UCO) according to established standards and SOPs.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and analytical equipment (e.g., Karl Fischer, centrifuge).
- Prepare chemical solutions and samples, following safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records, logbooks, and test data.
- Report test results to the Line Manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with BIS, ASTM, EN and other applicable standards.
- Assist in method validation, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure product/process quality.
Required Skills
- Analytical chemistry techniques and sample preparation
- Experience with Karl Fischer titration, centrifuge and other lab instruments
