Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and ensure smooth functioning of patient services, pharmacy, accounts and general administration.
• Implement policies, procedures and organizational standards set by the Head Office.
• Supervise hospital departments, ensuring discipline, attendance management and performance monitoring.
• Ensure proper maintenance and use of hospital machinery, equipment and facilities.
• Monitor hospital income and expenses in coordination with Head Office accounts; ensure accurate record-keeping of collections, expenditures and billing.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly financial and operational reports to Head Office; assist in budget planning and cost control.
• Manage staff recruitment support, training, evaluation and address staff grievances.
• Ensure patients receive respectful, timely care; oversee registration, billing and discharge processes and handle complaints.
• Coordinate with community representatives, donors and NGOs to improve hospital services.
• Ensure compliance with local health regulations and maintain safety, hygiene and infection control standards.
• Act as the main liaison between the Hospital and Head Office and attend review meetings.
