Maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes served by the company. Source high-quality ingredients while managing suppliers to achieve cost efficiency and maintain food safety standards. Implement portion control and waste-reduction measures to control food costs and improve profitability. Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff; build a collaborative and disciplined culinary team. Enforce kitchen hygiene standards and ensure compliance with local food safety regulations. Collaborate with management on menu pricing, promotions, and special events. Required education & experience: Minimum education: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent. At least 3 years of relevant experience in culinary roles — experience in coffee shops, catering, fast food shops, or hospitality businesses is advantageous. Proven experience leading kitchen teams and managing multi-cuisine operations. Preferred skills: Strong knowledge and practical expertise in Bangla, Continental, Thai, Indian cuisines, grilling, frying, and dessert preparation. Menu design and culinary creativity with an eye for presentation. Kitchen management: staff oversight, scheduling, inventory control, and supplier negotiation. Cost control skills including portioning, recipe costing, and waste minimization. Good communication skills; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
