Job Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calls and business networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and retailers; ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and service support.
- Execute field marketing campaigns and service activations; distribute and manage marketing materials such as brochures, visuals and samples.
- Collect and report market information, competitor updates and customer feedback; identify emerging business opportunities and recommend strategies to management.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing and business development teams; prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on client visits, sales progress and marketing outcomes.
