International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) is seeking an experienced Senior MEL Specialist to lead monitoring, evaluation and learning efforts across its programs in the Hindu Kush Himalaya (HKH) region. Required skills and experience: Master’s degree in climate, environment or natural resources, development, policy studies, social sciences, economics, or a related field. At least 10 years of professional experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning, preferably within NGOs, international organizations or research institutions. Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative M&E methods, impact evaluation techniques, theory of change and indicator design. Proven experience designing and implementing evaluations, learning agendas and results frameworks. Excellent stakeholder engagement, report writing, communication and capacity-building skills. Ability to work across cultures, manage teams and synthesize complex evidence for decision-makers.
