Job Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of complaints.
- Handle complaints phone and log complaints in the information management system.
- Process complaints in accordance with established RSC protocols.
- Maintain timely and accurate internal reporting on complaints.
- Conduct onsite/offsite investigations into allegations.
- Communicate with parties at different stages of the complaint process.
- Organise meetings with the parties and prepare meeting notes.
- Make decisions on complaints, as required.
- Visit factories, as required.
- Prepare comprehensive summaries and reports of complaints.
- Maintain the RSC complaints mechanism information systems/related databases.
- Contribute to the development of the occupational safety and health complaints mechanism.
- Contribute to the development of checklists, tools and learning materials.
- Alert RSC Management to any issues, risks, or challenges encountered.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HoD).
