Job Responsibilities
- Analyze tech packs and samples to determine feasibility and conduct risk assessments for sample development.
- Provide technical guidance to design and production teams on pattern making, garment construction, and material selection.
- Identify and resolve issues related to construction, fit, and product integrity; recommend improvements.
- Attend bulk production PP meetings to discuss styles and provide technical support.
- Conduct risk assessments for each style and arrange review meetings with the IED team.
- Review and analyze tech packs and guidelines to support cross-functional teams.
- Maintain documentation for BOM, tech pack, pattern & machine arrangement, Yard Yield Estimation (YYE) and SAM.
- Work closely with MER and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
- Record customer and stakeholder feedback to inform product features and improvements.
- Ensure dummy fitting photos meet MER/customer requirements and ensure USS system VTC tasks are completed as planned.

Identify and resolve issues related to construction, fit, and overall product integrity; recommend and implement corrective actions. Attend bulk production PP meetings and provide technical support and feedback on style execution. Conduct risk assessments for each style and coordinate review meetings with the IED team. Review and analyze tech packs and guidelines to enable cross-functional teams to perform tasks accurately and efficiently. Maintain documentation for BOM, tech pack, pattern & machine arrangements, Yard Yield Estimation (YYE), and SAM. Work closely with MER and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Record customer and stakeholder feedback to shape product features and improvements; ensure dummy fitting photos meet MER/customer requirements. Ensure timely execution of USS system VTC tasks as per plan. Required skills & qualifications: Bachelor / Honors degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline. 5 to 8 years of proven experience in sample development, sample management, product development or garment technology. Experience working in multinational companies, garments, and textile industries is preferred. Strong knowledge of tech packs, BOMs, pattern interpretation, and garment construction. Good communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with design, production, MER and quality teams. Practical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage documentation (YYE, SAM, BOM).
