Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Sales team(s) to obtain assigned targets through marketing forces.
  • Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team.
  • Develop, enhance and implement comprehensive sales strategies and promotional activities for various projects to create new markets and achieve targeted sales.
  • Drive Sales Planning, Forecasting and Sales & Customer Service Management.
  • Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques / schemes.
  • Competitor trend monitoring and benchmarking to balance competing priorities and meet customer expectations.
  • Educate clients on market trends, rental returns, and expected price appreciation.
  • Scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, prepare and implement growth plans.
  • Deliver targeted top line as per project business plans by meeting sales targets.
  • Deliver positive customer experience and manage negotiations to bring deals to closure.
  • Implement evaluation & categorization mechanism for channel partners.
