Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models focusing on Computer Vision, NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI.
- Customize and fine-tune pre-trained models (Hugging Face, TensorFlow Hub, PyTorch Hub, Stable Diffusion, LLaMA).
- Apply classical image processing techniques (filtering, edge detection, thresholding, OCR, feature detection).
- Train, fine-tune, and optimize models for accuracy, performance, and efficiency.
- Collect, clean, augment, and label datasets; maintain data pipelines and dataset versioning.
- Evaluate models with appropriate metrics and perform continuous improvement.
- Design and integrate APIs for AI model inference and services.
- Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms and collaborate with engineering teams.
- Implement MLOps/DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring for model serving.

Key responsibilities (summary): Design, develop, and implement machine learning models with a focus on Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, LLMs, and Generative AI. Customize and fine-tune pre-trained models (Hugging Face, TensorFlow Hub, PyTorch Hub, Stable Diffusion, LLaMA, etc.) for specific applications. Apply classical image processing techniques (filtering, edge detection, thresholding, feature/shape detection, OCR) where appropriate. Train, fine-tune, optimize models for accuracy, latency, and efficiency; experiment with different architectures and hyperparameters. Build and maintain data pipelines: collection, cleaning, augmentation, labeling, and dataset versioning. Evaluate models using suitable metrics, perform error analysis, and iteratively improve model performance. Design and integrate inference APIs and services for model serving and production use. Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms and follow MLOps/DevOps best practices. Stay updated with the latest research and contribute innovative ideas to the product roadmap. Detailed responsibilities (expanded): Prototype and validate algorithms for image/video processing, segmentation, detection, recognition, and generation tasks. Work with large datasets, ensure data quality, and establish reproducible training and evaluation workflows. Implement monitoring and observability for models in production, including drift detection and performance logging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into ML solutions and production-ready deployments. Prepare technical documentation, maintain model cards and reproducible experiments. Required skills and qualifications: Bachelor of Science (Pass) or equivalent (fresh graduates with relevant projects are encouraged to apply). Minimum 1 year of practical experience as a Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or AI Researcher (industry or academic). Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn). Experience with computer vision libraries (OpenCV) and model deployment frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django). Familiarity with modern ML tooling: Hugging Face ecosystem, Stable Diffusion, SAM, YOLO, ControlNet, U²-Net, and related model families. Hands-on experience with REST API design and integration; knowledge of frontend/backend stacks (React Native, NodeJS, Next.js) is a plus. Experience or familiarity with DevOps/MLOps concepts: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, model serving and monitoring. Version control (Git, GitHub) and software engineering best practices.
