Job Responsibilities
- Plan, document and execute all phases of the project lifecycle, including scope and requirements management.
- Assign tasks with clear deadlines and follow up with functional teams.
- Maintain and update JIRA and other project management tools for project operations.
- Prepare and maintain roll-out plans, resource allocation plans and budgets.
- Communicate project scope and deliverables to Development, SQA, Solution Design, Training and Finance teams.
- Complete projects within budget and timeline and assure proper handover from sales.
- Prepare inception reports, project learning documents and monitoring reports.
- Review work quality regularly and raise flags for potential delays with mitigation options.
