Key responsibilities Promote company visa products and services to agents and prospective travelers via phone, Facebook, WhatsApp and other channels. Conduct tele-marketing to bring potential customers to the office for counseling and convert inquiries into applicants for work visas. Maintain the company’s professional reputation by providing accurate information and high-quality customer service. Report daily work and results to the office; maintain and update applicant information and databases. Use Microsoft Word and Excel for routine office tasks and reporting. Work as part of the recruitment team and support long-term business objectives. Required skills & qualifications Education: HSC, Bachelor/Honors or Masters (as listed in the circular). At least 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment, travel agency, immigration consultancy, manpower recruitment, direct selling/marketing or call center. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Comfortable with telemarketing and online outreach (Facebook, WhatsApp) and phone-based customer support. Strong client service, communication and customer-relations skills.
