Job Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end visa application processes and ensure timely submissions.
  • Prepare and verify documentation: invitation letters, employment contracts, medical reports, police clearance, etc.
  • Collect, verify, and accurately enter candidate information into databases and documentation systems.
  • Maintain communication with embassies, recruiting agencies and clients.
  • Track and update application statuses and inform clients about updates or required actions.
  • Coordinate medical check-ups, biometric appointments, and other pre-departure formalities.
  • Ensure all documents meet destination country requirements and submission deadlines.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on visa processing and documentation activities.
  • Assist clients in filling out visa forms and other required documents.
  • Stay updated with immigration laws, embassy requirements, and visa policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and files for auditing and future reference.
