As part of the company team, you will work closely with the Sales & Marketing management to implement strategies, visit field markets and support revenue targets. Key responsibilities (what you will do): Conduct market survey and market research with extensive field visits to identify potential clients and market opportunities. Achieve sales targets as set by management and contribute to revenue growth through structured planning and execution. Drive sales initiatives, create new areas/markets for future development and expand client coverage. Prepare and maintain accurate sales databases and customer records. Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to the reporting manager detailing activities, leads, and sales outcomes. Regularly visit different markets and areas to support future market development and customer relationships. Work under pressure, maintain regular follow-up with clients, and demonstrate consistent target-oriented behavior. Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting boss and participate in company-led sales initiatives and campaigns. Required qualifications and education: HSC / BBA / Graduate / MBA or equivalent from a reputed university. 1-2 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing or similar areas (Direct Sales / Marketing service companies preferred).
