Job Responsibilities
- Collect Agent's profile & assist to brief Agent on his/her query; collaborate with Branch for Agent onboarding.
- Popularize banking products and services under Agent Banking umbrella and educate channel partners.
- Supervise and monitor Agent budget achievement.
- Meet compliance & Agent network health checkup.
- Assist & track channel complaints and liaise with product management team.
- Align with regional team for on-boarding and training new team members of Agents.
- Ensure visibility of Agent Banking initiatives POSMs through proper channel monitoring.
- Entertain, escalate and resolve ongoing operational challenges and queries.
- Comply with regulatory guideline and ensure compliance fulfillment.
- Ensure smooth business transition.
