Job Responsibilities

Role overview: Support branch leadership to achieve daily, weekly and monthly quantity and revenue sales targets. Manage showroom operations, ensure accurate end-of-day processes, and maintain proper sales administration. Oversee collection activities for both B2B and B2C accounts, follow up with concerned sales executives, and assist the branch head on assigned duties. Handle deposit of sales and collections within banking hours and prepare Daily Collection Statements (DCS). Ensure timely payment and record-keeping for utility bills (telephone, electricity, water, gas) and participate in fixed assets management and other legal activities. Maintain clear communication with landlords and coordination with the company’s sales administration department. Key responsibilities (detailed): Drive and monitor sales performance to meet branch targets and execute daily planning to generate leads. Supervise showroom staff, monitor customer service standards, and ensure effective merchandising and product availability. Directly participate in the day-end cash reconciliation and ensure secure handling and banking of cash receipts. Coordinate collection and follow-up for B2B dues and assist B2B assigned Head official as required. Maintain records of payments for utilities and other obligations and ensure timely settlements. Assist the Branch Manager in administrative duties and act as point of contact with landlords and service providers. Required qualifications and skills: Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Experience: 1 to 3 years in Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances or related retail sales operations; minimum 1 year experience is mandatory. Skills: Proven competence in sales & marketing, showroom management, cash handling, collections (B2B & B2C), strong communication, planning, and team supervision.
