Job Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls and respond to patient, passenger, and customer queries politely and efficiently.
  • Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, ticket bookings, and service follow-ups.
  • Provide accurate information about hospital, diagnostic, GCC medical checkup, and Sara Express bus services.
  • Manage and schedule doctor appointments, medical tests, and passenger ticket reservations.
  • Maintain call logs and update customer information in the CRM system; ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with hospital reception, diagnostic desk, and transport offices for smooth operations.
  • Record customer feedback, complaints, and service requests; escalate as needed.
  • Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times.
  • Work in rotational shifts (morning, evening, and night) and achieve individual and team targets.
