Comfortable with data entry, basic data analysis and use of common office and marketing tools. Problem-solving skills including basic software troubleshooting and update installation. Excellent communication and time management skills; ability to schedule tasks and meet deadlines. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced company environment. Education & experience Acceptable qualifications include Secondary education, Diploma in Engineering, or Bachelor/Honors degree. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with experience in IT Enabled Services, BPO or Data Entry firms will be valued.
