OverviewThe Coastal Livelihood and Environmental Action Network (CLEAN) is seeking a motivated and experienced Campaign Officer to join our team. CLEAN is a growing company in the non-profit sector, and this circular aims to bring on board a professional who can deliver results in community-based and policy-level campaigning.Key responsibilitiesContribute to campaign planning aligned with the Annual Action Plan and organisational objectives.Design, organise and coordinate creative demonstrations, public actions and outreach events targeting policymakers, developers, financiers and decision-makers.Manage partnerships and ensure clear, consistent communication with campaign partners and stakeholders.Collect, track and analyse campaign data to measure impact and support evidence-based decisions.Prepare timely and accurate documentation and progress reports for project managers, donors and internal stakeholders.Coordinate closely with research, communication and finance teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery.Supervise volunteers and local campaign partners to ensure effective field activities and high quality outputs.Required skills and competenciesProven experience in campaign management and partner management.Strong analytical skills: data collection, monitoring and reporting, and evidence synthesis for advocacy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bengali and good English competency.Creative thinking and ability to design innovative public demonstrations and outreach activities.Good teamwork and interpersonal skills; capacity to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.Basic computer literacy and confidence with common office tools and data reporting spreadsheets.Experience working in NGOs or development agencies is highly desirable.Education & experienceBachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science, Environmental Planning, Urban & Regional Planning, Biochemistry or related field.1 to 3 years of relevant experience in NGOs, development agencies, or advocacy work.Preference for candidates with field experience and familiarity with community-level engagement in Bangladesh.Working environment & termsJob station: Dhaka city (~70% of the time) with frequent field visits to communities (~30%).Reporting to: Campaign Coordinator; coordinate with Campaign, Research, Communication and Finance & Admin teams.Supervise volunteers and campaign partners.Work days: Sunday to Thursday (public holidays off); working hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour lunch break.Duration: Two years initially with option for extension.Remuneration & benefitsMonthly salary: Tk. 22,000 - 24,000 (as advertised).Other benefits: travel allowance (T/A), mobile bill reimbursement, yearly salary review, festival bonus.Equality & diversityCLEAN is committed to equality and values diversity.
